Welcome to CHANGE Lingerie, where passion for sales meets the transformative power of lingerie. Located in the vibrant Don Mills area, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Store Manager to join our team and lead the charge in creating an unparalleled shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Focusing on delivering tangible business results, providing leadership and coaching on the sales floor, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Maintaining the visual presentation in line with CHANGE corporate standards.

Motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the Change Lingerie standards.

Maximizing sales and productivity, ensuring efficient execution in line with company policies, and cultivating a positive environment for both clients and staff.

Requirements
A minimum of three years of experience as a retail sales manager.

Strong leadership prowess and ability to motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
