Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
To maintain a proper balance between management staff and customers. The Manager - Operations is the focal point for a particular range of products in the Store and is a decision maker with respect to them. Ensure achievement of the required standard of Customer Delight and Sales Targets. Direct, control and supervise the work of the DMs/Sales Officers/Sales Associates.

• Any Graduate
• Experience in Fashion Retail
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must exhibit leadership qualities
