The Ideal Candidate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing business strategies that will help us all achieve success in a competitive marketplace.
Responsibility:
• Creating a high level of customer experience through excellent services
• Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
• Monitoring store team’s performance and providing the right mentoring to achieve the targets and create high-end customer experience
• Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
• Assist the Retail Head in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
• Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• To be responsible for making sure that all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resources
Qualification:
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Experience of 2 years & above as a Store Manager in the garment industry
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills & Ownership attitude
• Customer-centric approach
• Enthusiasm & Confidence
• Market awareness
