Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinating with branch SPOCs to get the acknowledgement, distribution and reconciliation of inventory
· Tracking the stock delivery and distribution acknowledgement
· Need to maintain and monitor the physical stock ( QR kits & Sound Box )
· Handling complaints, requirements, and escalation from business team regarding the devices and QR stock
· Follow ups and co-ordination with internal team as well as vendor as and when required
· Courier/shipment tracking and follow up with vendors for getting the delivery details
· Keeping control on damaged / lost inventories
· Branch visit/Training and education the branch contact person for following the logistic process (delivery/distribution acknowledgement and proper storage of stock)
· Calling the top 100 branches of zone for getting the actual stock availability
· Need to work as a reliver FOS and need to stay and work on behalf of other team member when ever he/she is on not available due to any reason such long leave, resign, not well and etc.
· Monthly stock sign off from branches
· Refurbishment - Cleaning of sound boxes, buffing, removal of old QR and pasting new QR, Good stock back to inventory, Defective stock to OEM repair centre
· Reverse Logistics - Tracking for stock coming to branches, performing the L1 check of sound boxes
· Packaging and preparing the stock for branch to branch movement
· Monthly stock sign off from branches
