Responsibilities:
• Work with Program Owners across multiple Focus Accounts to service the borrowers
• Interface with lenders where required related to cases that are associated with them
• Ensure the systems reflect the correct data across lenders anchors borrowers
• Prepare MIS reports being presented to Focus Accounts
• Focus on continuous improvement and automation
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in an operational role is desired
• Fintech or experience in financial services would be a plus
• Detail-oriented and diligent
• The ability to converse in multiple languages is mandatory
