We pride ourselves on delivering excellence in transportation services: +8% of all our freight is handled by a Big Chill vehicle, from collection to delivery.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Store Person to load and unload our clients' freight, ensuring the product is received in a prime and quality condition.
This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. Shifts run from 2:00pm to 12:00am or 4:00pm to 2:00am.
What you'll be doing
Assist with the loading/unloading of trucks
Positioning pallets and sorting freight
Checking line-haul units are operating at correct temperatures before opening doors to unload.
To ensure both the chiller and freezer floors are clear every morning and any remaining items are loaded to the correct runs before departure.
To uphold the company’s commitment to all Health & Safety rules/regulations.
