What you’ll do
This role supports the seamless coordination of cross-functional projects, contributes business transformation through continual process improvement, and helps to implement strong operational governance through supporting the Store Development team and the projects they are delivering.
Support the coordination and implementation of the Store Development process, collaborating closely with Retail, Legal, Leasing and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Support the coordination of the administration of the Store Development process and activities associated with Network projects.
Support the team with key timing and workflow on partner contract activities.
Support the administration of the Franchise Operating Model and associated Retail Management Guide documentation
Supports the team n Capex, Tender administration and the repair and maintenance processes
You have
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex workflows
Demonstrated ability to support change and process improvements
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification in Project Management or Construction
Previous experience in a similar environment
