Job Overview:
A store Assistant/ executive is responsible for maintaining a store's daily operations and ensuring that all activities are smoothly and efficiently goining without any shortfall or shortages.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To Keep a check on transfer of Material from main warehouse /inventory to sub- units and other on-going sites.
In this position, you need to take care of stock maintenance from our centralized warehouse, which are including ordering, receiving, transferring, and managing of warehouse stocks.
To properly check all the approval quantities and issue the stocks and with the proper accountability and record.
Monitoring of physical stock verification of Bulk materials on monthly basis and perpetual inventory count of inside stores items on monthly & quarterly basis for all items.
To Maintain Inventory with the Nil expiry stock for all the unloaded stocking materials.
To daily record and register all the inward and outward material from the centralized stores.
To Coordinate with appropriate teams /department for the requirement of materials are available in store for current and future needs.
To verify the stocking materials are properly dispatched with the respective units/Sites.
To update the Shortfalls and store related difficulties to head Office for the solvency of problems.
Education Requirements:
Any Fresher candidates can also apply for this position
Any bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience from construction industry is mandatory.
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction management course are preferable.
Desirable Skills & Professional Criteria:
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in Construction industry is mandatory as a Store and Purchase Executive or Storekeeper.
Should have warehouse and Inventory knowledge in construction company.
Candidate Preference:
This Position is an Immediate hiring, So the applying candidate is ready to join immediate is most preferable.
Only male candidates can be given preference.
The Applying Candidate must have a two-wheeler with valid License. where the official visits can be considered for a petrol conveyance /reimbursement with the Proper proof submission.
In around Chennai Locality area candidates will be given more preference for this profile.
