The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store & Receiving Clerk to support all aspects of the hotel’s Purchasing function. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and advance your career within Australia’s first Luxury Collection Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and stage merchandise by department, ensuring accurate labelling and timely delivery
Stack and organise incoming goods appropriately
Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages in a timely manner
Receive deliveries, store perishables correctly, and maintain proper stock rotation
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and storage areas
Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures
Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg independently (heavier loads with assistance)
Navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders as required
Support team objectives and contribute to departmental success
Collaborate effectively with internal departments
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting our core values
Undertake additional duties as required
About You
Previous experience in a similar role (hotel experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
