Job Overview:
Estaa is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Sales Manager to lead our flagship store's sales team. As a Store Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the brand's image while driving sales and ensuring an unparalleled shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, meeting sales targets, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service, expert product knowledge, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team Development: Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for sales associates, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and feedback.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Estaa's jewellery collections and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Passion for luxury jewellery and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills especially in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
