Job Title Store Supervisor Raw Materials Location Oad Dascroi Ahmedabad Gujarat Working Hours * 00 AM - 6 30 PM Monday to Saturday Timing may vary as per workload Salary 28 000 - 32 000 Gross depending on interview performance Qualification Graduate Diploma Any stream Experience Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred 1 Receiving Materials Supervise unloading and verification of incoming raw materials against purchase orders and invoices Ensure material quantity and quality are checked before acceptance 2 Storage Management Maintain systematic labelling stacking and safe storage as per material category and shelf-life Ensure proper segregation of hazardous or sensitive materials 3 Inventory Control Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or manual registers Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies promptly 4 Material Issuance Coordinate timely issuance of raw materials to Production and Quality departments as per approved requisitions Follow FIFO FEFO practices for material issue 5 Documentation Reporting Prepare and maintain GRNs Goods Received Notes stock statements and periodic inventory reports Ensure proper documentation for material inward and outward transactions 6 Coordination Communication Liaise with Purchase Quality and Production teams for material availability quality concerns and inventory planning 7 Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to GMP 5S and safety standards in store operations Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area 8 Team Supervision Supervise and guide store helpers labourers to ensure effective workflow productivity and discipline Good knowledge of inventory management systems Proficiency in Basic Excel and documentation Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Familiarity with FIFO FEFO inventory practices Basic understanding of material safety and quality standards With Regards Foram HR 9824XXXXXX Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Work Location In person
