Goflipa limited, a leading electrical/electronic manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Supervisor to oversee our inventory and maintain efficient operations within our warehouses. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and production, to ensure adequate inventory levels, monitor product quality, and optimize warehouse efficiency. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and contribute to the company’s overall success. Responsibilities
Supervise and train store personnel, assigning tasks and evaluating performance
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and meet production requirements
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring timely entries into the system
Implement and maintain warehouse safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to ensure on-time delivery of products
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and product quality issues
Participate in regular meetings to share inventory status and provide recommendations for improvements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
Strong organizational and analytical skills and a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and practices a plus.
