What your day to day will look like?

Dispatching functions

Unload HW trolleys and skids from delivery truck and load empty return trolleys.

Integration of bulk kits to trolleys and delivery of HW to production line.

Completion of goods received transaction in SAP (op 030).

Maintain records of incoming and outgoing trollies

Receiving, storage and inventory management of spacers

Receiving functions

Performance of all tasks involved in the shipping and receiving of material, preparation of material for shipping, records retention, and loading and unloading of trucks.

Performance of all tasks involved in the receipt and distribution of Non-product and Development hardware (new and used), inventory counts and management, records retention.

Checking part numbers and quantity of all material received against packing slip & purchase order.

Registering all material and equipment received, verifying condition of items shipped, report and document damaged shipments.

Delivery of skids/parts received to the addressee.

Receiving, storage and inventory management of Development Engine Hardware & Non-product goods

Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and correct as required.

Ensure inventory accuracy and adjustments are performed, where required including managing chemicals & performing regular audits.

Fuel Farm Management including routinely monitoring fuel levels, ensuring fuel is ordered in a timely manner and safe unloading of fuel at the fuel farm.

Shipping functions

Verification of Items to be shipped.

Prep & package Items as per applicable PWC / Government mandates for new and overhaul engine parts

Create Bill of Lading for delivery

Pickup and delivery of Engines to and from the Shop

Able & adept in the use of powered industrial vehicles in loading / unloading of trucks.

The tools you need to be successful

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Awareness of EH&S and continuous improvement (an asset)

Must be detail and result oriented

Must possess a good capacity for teamwork

Must display drive and initiative

Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English
