The Opportunity
The expansion of Ampcontrol services in Western Australia supports the new company vision to lead the global energy revolution. Ampcontrol is focused on diversifying and growing the business with a key focus on renewable energy manufacturing and supporting our customers in decarbonisation and mine site electrification.
We are looking for a proactive Storeperson to help coordinate workshop activities and work with Project Management in achieving production targets to join our growing Kewdale Workshop team on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Duties Of This Role Include
Ensuring accurate ordering, receipting, despatching, and storage of goods in accordance with established procedures.
Making sure the stores function operates efficiently and accurately to meet production requirements.
Despatching customer orders on time with correct completion of documents.
Picking up jobs for the production team.
Loading and unloading of stock/materials.
Participating in stocktakes.
Maintaining accurate stock records and systems.
Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
What We're Looking For
Your willingness to be a strong team player with a high attention to detail will be complemented by the following:
A Qualification in Transport, Warehousing, Logistics, or Distribution (Desirable).
Forklift Licence.
Current Driver's Licence (HR Licence Desirable).
Crane Operator's Licence - Bridge or Gantry (Desirable).
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Competent in relevant Microsoft Office software applications.
