Making GRR/PCR
Tagging all material with QR Codes
Submission of Tax Invoices to Accounts
Physically Checking & Dispatching of Spares Material
Communicating with Purchase regarding any discrepancies in tax Invoices of the supplier
Provide stock updates on requirement
Filling Documents - Requisition-Issue Slip, Returnable/Jobwork Challan
Organize transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery
Communicate with Customers regarding Dispatch information
Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
Plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low, maintain quality throughout the logistics processes
Any other work related to Stores Department
