consumables, chemicals packaging items tools spare parts
& finished goods timely material availability zero stocks out proper storage systems efficient inbound & outbound processes accurate documentation support uninterrupted factory operations.
• Manage receipt storage issuance return dispatch
& delivery tasks coordinate with cross-functional teams maintain accurate stock records through ERP physical documents.
• Maintain safe stacking labeling segregation discipline
& implement five S policies store area ensuring MSDS compliance hazardous chemical requirements usage spill management protocols inspect conditions racks pallets drums packing prevent contamination loss.
