Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a kickass mid-level associate creative director for Product Explainer Videos. Must be good with Motion Graphics and Animation. The person is the bridge between the customer, the scriptwriter, and the video editor. 100% remote role.
Our ideal candidate is good with Storyboards and Adobe Illustrator, understands the customer’s vision, and translates it into internal speak so our video production team can understand the order and complete the project.

What does the role involve?
- Motion Graphics, Video directing, Screencasting, UI Animation to communicate well with clients, Customer service, Writing skills, Graphic design
- To oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Hold self and others accountable to ensure tasks are completed correctly and only high-quality projects are delivered to customers
- Experiment new styles as seen on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels
What are the skills needed to do this work?
- 2 years of experience with motion graphics
- Excellent reading and research skills
- Expert graphic design, animation, and motion graphics skills
- Able to storyboard and guide the creative process for video production; Demonstrated creative ability as a scriptwriter, videographer, editor
- You have high attention to detail regarding correct spelling, grammar, and sentence construction
