The Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of water treatment plants (WTPs), sewage treatment plants (STPs), swimming pools, and water bodies in various properties including apartments, malls, commercial office spaces, hospitals, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment systems, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to ensuring the cleanliness and safety of water resources. Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, swimming pools, and water bodies to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. 2. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, pipelines, valves, and other components of WTPs, STPs, swimming pools, and water bodies to identify potential issues and address them proactively. 3. Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with pumps, filters, chemical feeders, and other equipment used in water treatment and swimming pool systems. Perform repairs and replacements as needed to restore functionality. 4. Chemical Management: Monitor and maintain chemical levels in WTPs, STPs, swimming pools, and water bodies to ensure proper disinfection and water quality. Handle and store chemicals safely and according to manufacturer guidelines. 5. Testing: Conduct water quality testing using appropriate instruments and methods. Analyze test results and adjust treatment processes as necessary to maintain compliance with water quality standards. 6. Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, test results, chemical usage, and equipment inventory. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance and internal monitoring purposes. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience as an STP/WTP and Swimming Pool Technician. - Proficiency in maintenance and repair of water treatment and swimming pool systems. - Knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical handling, and safety protocols. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
