About LOGIQ

We empower enterprises to transition away from vendor lock-in with world-class support for open-source technologies—such as Linux® KVM, OpenJDK®, and open virtualization stacks. With headquarters in Japan and operational hubs across Asia, LOGIQ delivers trusted enterprise support through technical excellence and deep migration expertise.

Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in India, you will serve as a critical bridge between enterprise customers and our global engineering team. Your role is to ensure smooth onboarding, drive issue resolution, and manage customer expectations throughout complex IT infrastructure transitions, particularly in open-source virtualization and Java environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for LOGIQ’s enterprise clients in India and surrounding regions.

• Manage post-sales relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Translate business and technical needs into actionable requests for offshore engineering teams.

• Coordinate technical reviews, project updates, and service improvements.

• Provide lightweight hands-on support, such as troubleshooting Java runtime or VM issues, when needed.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of virtualization (e.g., VMware, KVM) and/or Java platforms (e.g., Oracle JDK, OpenJDK).

• Native or near-native English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

• Experience managing remote projects across multiple time zones.

• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience supporting large-scale migration projects (e.g., VMware exit strategies, Java platform transitions).

• Familiarity with open-source infrastructure tools and ecosystems.

• Background in support delivery, technical consulting, or system integration.

Why LOGIQ?

• Work with a globally distributed team of OSS experts and ex-Oracle technologists.

• Be part of a fast-scaling open-source infrastructure movement.

• Fully remote, flexible hours, and performance-based career growth.
