Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Advisor / CSR Fund Manager based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans for social impact initiatives, managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds efficiently, and advising stakeholders on effective programs and projects. The role also involves tracking progress through data analysis, optimizing resource allocation, and aligning projects with organizational goals. Collaborating with executive leadership, managing project timelines, and fostering partnerships are key aspects of the position.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data and measuring the success of initiatives
• Experience in Consulting and Executive Management to advise leadership and influence decisions effectively
• Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Expertise in Strategic Planning to develop and execute impactful CSR programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build partnerships and engage stakeholders
• Proven experience in handling CSR projects or non-profit partnerships is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
