We're looking for a Strategic Alliance Director to forge and manage impactful partnerships that support our mission. This role will drive market expansion and environmental progress by identifying new opportunities, managing key relationships, and ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships that support the company's growth objectives. This includes exploring new market opportunities, technologies, and business models.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic alliance partners.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals for alliances and develop comprehensive plans to achieve these objectives. Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships.
• Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are favorable and aligned with company goals. Oversee the development and execution of partnership contracts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in strategic partnership management, business development.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade. Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding about Industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
