Key Responsibilities
The Senior Operation Manager will be responsible for executing the Firm's fraud risk appetite by deploying new fraud strategies to reduce losses and deter future fraud attacks. They will also be responsible for proactively managing fraud risk, conducting defect analysis on fraud claims and overdrafts, and driving initiatives to challenge the status quo and optimize fraud strategies.
The candidate will provide analytical support for new products and policies, manage a team of analysts, and ensure that the right controls are in place for the portfolio. They will also be responsible for tracking performance and providing insights to stakeholders.
