Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage banking relationships to drive growth in liabilities and investments.
Expand client portfolios through superior service delivery.
Identify revenue opportunities and grow the portfolio accordingly.
Achieve sales targets across various product lines.
Offer a range of consumer and commercial banking products to clients.
Increase CASA balances through account deepening or new acquisitions.
Drive higher product penetration to increase wallet share.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with each mapped relationship regularly to maintain portfolio quality.
Act as the first point of contact for service and sales satisfaction.
Investment Advisory:
Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to clients.
Generate fee-based income through the sale of mutual funds, investments, and insurance products.
Process and Audit:
Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are recorded as per organizational processes.
Conduct detailed client profiling to capture business opportunities.
Adhere to internal processes, compliance, and audit standards.
