We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our design leadership, you will be responsible for driving design excellence across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design or project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget. You will be a natural leader, able to mentor and motivate a team of designers to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end design management for multiple residential projects
• Lead and mentor a team of designers to meet monthly design targets
• Ensure timely and high-quality design deliveries
• Drive exceptional customer experience and manage client relationships
• Conduct regular training, design reviews, and technical discussions
• Monitor design satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and improve team performance accordingly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch / B. Interior Design)
• Master's degree preferred: Construction Planning, Design Management, or MBA
• 3+ years of experience in interior design or project management
• Experience delivering at least 10 end-to-end residential interior projects
• Strong team leadership, client handling, and communication skills
