Role Description:
The Deutsche Bank Cloud & Innovation Network Function drives the bank's cloud and innovation strategy, thought leadership, technology partnerships and investments, as well as the execution of cloud transformation and cross-bank innovation solutions. The team enables the bank to accelerate and drive business led innovation, and to deliver revenue growth and operational efficiencies for all bank divisions and DB ecosystem of partners. You will be joining the global Innovation Network team and work as a Coverage Lead and Execution Squad Liaison of a particular business/ infrastructure function or region.
The mission of the Coverage Lead is to connect, curate & control:
• Connect with with stakeholders and form strong relationships across the bank to identify and link-up innovation demand (ideas) with innovation execution capabilities.
• Curate innovation ideas to ensure they are well-formed, valuable and executable
• Control demand management and stage-gates of the 5P Innovation Funnel Process to ensure idea quality and progress decision making

Your key responsibilities
• Establish and maintain a bank-wide "innovation network" with core contacts from technology, business and infrastructure units.
• You will identify and connect to relevant business and infrastructure stakeholder and work pro-actively with them to identify innovation opportunities in their area of responsibility and how C&IN can support them.
• As part of this you will also manage early-stage innovation initiatives across the bank to ensure that both teams and unit-specific objectives and their respective outcomes are aligned with the bank-wide strategy.
• You will manage and develop the bank-wide idea innovation portfolio and platform (Pollen 8) as well as support the business and infrastructure units with frameworks, tools and methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design, User Experience Mapping, etc.) in their innovation management efforts.
• You will further support the development and execution of innovation relevant communication and training concepts as well as run regular innovation status reporting.
