At Percept ICE, a renowned Experiential Marketing and Event Management company, we are seeking an accomplished Event Management Strategist to spearhead the planning and execution of impactful events, brand activations, and experiential projects. This role demands exceptional client communication, project management, strategic planning, and event coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure complete satisfaction from project inception to completion.
Event Management:
Oversee pitching, strategy development, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Budget & Reporting:
Collaborate with the production team to manage event budgets, track expenses, and deliver comprehensive post-event reports.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to execute seamless events and manage on-site teams during events.
Marketing & Promotion:
Assist in pre-event marketing efforts and create event collateral as needed. Experience with digital marketing in the experiential marketing scenario is highly valued.
Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in event management or brand activations.
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with mid to large-scale events, exhibitions, and activations.
