Job Description
As a key member of our team, the Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for anchoring all financial operations and driving data-backed decision-making at our fast-scaling healthcare venture.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement org-level financial strategy, with centre-level KPIs
• Build cost dashboards across patient acquisition, infra, doctor payouts, and consumables
• Liaise with clinic teams to forecast capex, optimise working capital, and reduce cash leakage
• Manage pricing, quote-to-bill standardisation, and insurance reconciliation
The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in finance, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or consumer multi-centre businesses. A proven track record of org-level finance ownership and experience managing audits, FP&A, and investor reporting is essential.
