About the Role:
Adapt costing and pricing processes as required, using or developing appropriate models and methodologies.
Facilitate costing and pricing processes to ensure financial sustainability.
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and insights for science projects and other initiatives.
Develop and present operational reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist in preparing business cases for strategic investments and decisions.
About You:
You are a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for collaborating with stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes. You thrive in complex environments and excel at influencing and advising teams across the organisation.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related disciplines.
Qualified Chartered Accountant status or equivalent (preferred).
5+ years' experience providing financial insights in large, complex organisations.
Proficient in management accounting and financial management principles.
Strong knowledge of financial standards, GAAP, and relevant legislation.
Expertise with integrated financial planning tools and tier 1-2 Financial Management systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
