We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts across various channels. As the official recruitment partner of a globally recognized brand, we have been trusted to find someone extraordinary.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and own paid acquisition strategies across key channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and beyond. The successful candidate will take full ownership of budget management, ensuring sharp focus on Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Key Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, or fashion
• Hands-on experience owning and managing accounts on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering sustained growth
• Equal parts strategist and executor, able to zoom out to the roadmap and dive in on details
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
Benefits
Competitive compensation: $54,000 – $66,000 per annum + Performance Bonus + Equity Options. Exceptional candidates may command higher.
