About the Candidate

• To succeed in this role, you should have an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputable institution. You should also have 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances is essential, along with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
