Position Overview: The Strategic HR Partner plays a crucial role in aligning human resources with the business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to both management and employees. This position will focus on cultivating a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and driving overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to synchronize HR strategies with business goals.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Manage complex employee relations issues including disciplinary actions and grievance processes, ensuring adherence to UK employment law.

• Conduct thorough investigations and offer expert guidance for conflict resolution in the workplace.

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies to ensure they meet legal standards and best practices.

• Facilitate training sessions for managers on employment law and best HR practices.

• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and enhance talent acquisition strategies.

• Contribute to organizational changes such as restructuring.

• Track and analyze key HR metrics to identify emerging trends and recommend necessary interventions.

• Design and execute impactful recruitment campaigns.

• Lead initiatives focused on employee wellbeing.

• Manage and execute various HR projects.

Qualifications:

• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with an emphasis on employee relations.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday HRIS.

• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to engage with all levels of the organization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset to ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
