About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Strategic HR Partner, where you will collaborate closely with leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture and improve onboarding, employee engagement, and team-building experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to coaching and development initiatives while proactively identifying and addressing retention risks. You will ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies, working in tandem with global HR teams to enhance people practices.
We are looking for candidates who have at least 3 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist position, preferably within tech, digital, or global environments. A strong understanding of US employment law and HR best practices is crucial, along with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at utilizing HR systems and data. Familiarity with Sage People or Sequoia is a bonus. The ideal candidate is culturally curious, confident in collaborating with a global HR team, and passionate about driving culture, engagement, and performance in a collective setting.
