Program Administration:
Lead the execution of reporting on security strategic initiatives that improve the organization’s security framework
Manage key security projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for security initiatives and report progress to leadership
Provide updates on security financial status, risk assessments, and digital transformation initiatives
Work with leadership to track long-term security roadmaps and strategic priorities
Utilizes leadership best practices, continuous professional growth, and management training to effectively guide teams, provide constructive feedback, and ensure excellence in security project management
Collaborate with IT, security, risk, and business leaders to mitigate security threats
