The role of an Executive Assistant is to provide high-level support to the Chief Customer Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and long-term success. As a proactive team player, you will be responsible for coordinating diary management, inbox management, expenses, and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administration support to your Executive, including diary management, inbox management, expenses, and travel arrangements.

Engage with Senior Leadership/Direct Reports teams to gain a sufficient understanding of team scope, priorities, and culture.

Show initiative by helping the Executive/s manage and prioritise their workload.

Assist in planning and set-up logistics, catering, etc. for team meetings and events.

Communicate effectively with EA community, Execs, Board members, Suppliers, and Clients on behalf of the Executive.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant with a proactive and learning mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Highly service-oriented, proactive, with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Exceptional organization, time management, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
