Designation:
Strategic Sales Leader, FR&C
Reporting to:
Regional Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
. Leads new business development for assigned region by prospecting and evaluating
relevant corporate entities, while retaining and growing key existing accounts
. Makes pitches/presentations to CFO/CXO level individuals for FR&C bouquet of
products
. Responsible for meeting and exceeding Revenue Targets for the region for the products
like Supply Management Solutions (e
g:
Supplier Risk / Distributor Risk/Compliance
Solutions)
. Drive and exceed sales and revenue targets for new products like D&B Credit and other
launches
. Develop and motivate a high-performance team, able to sell and Cross Sell D&B
products to existing and new customers
. Drives field sales strategy to ensure a strong sales pipeline to consistently deliver on set
targets
. Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat
business
. Implements marketing strategies by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor
analysis to enable effective decisioning and forecasting of sales numbers
. Acts as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with
both internal and external customers
. Regularly reports all sales activity and acts within the company's compliance framework
. Organizes and attends theme-based events which cater to CXO/CFO Level individuals as
part of the customer acquisition Strategy.
Sales Co-ordination
. Ensures process adherence at all times for error free timely delivery of projects.
. Liaises with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring
the service expectations of the customers are met.
. Maintains data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically.
. Files Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically as required by the
Management.

. Mentors sales team by regularly counseling, coaching and appraising desired job results

KEY REQUIREMENTS
. MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of - 7 years in
Corporate/B2B sales.
. Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts.
. Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.
. Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights.
. Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills
and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
. Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking &
cohesive team effort.
. Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of
business.
. Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

. Decision makers (CXO's) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, PSU's and Banks

. Operations Team, Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.
