• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to fulfill talent acquisition requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Partnering with business leaders to identify key talent gaps and workforce planning priorities.
• Drafting and publishing compelling job descriptions across various channels.
• Shortlisting, screening, and scheduling candidates with functional teams.
• Facilitating interview coordination, feedback collection, and decision-making processes.
• Negotiating salary offers, drafting offer letters, and ensuring seamless post-offer engagement.
• Maintaining and updating applicant data, status reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
• Ensuring accuracy of reports shared with leadership and supporting internal audits and reviews.
• Visiting project sites as needed to audit or support HR presence and staff engagement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance and supporting HR infrastructure in remote project locations.
• Providing administrative support in office activities like travel booking, office maintenance, guest house management, and other duties as necessary.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Proven success in managing multiple roles and stakeholders independently.
• Experience with annual operating plan (AOP) planning, dashboard management, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, HRMS tools, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience handling remote project sites, welfare coordination, and logistics support is preferred.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
• Bachelor's / PGDM degree in HR or a related field from a reputable institution.
• At least 35 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the power, energy, or new and renewable energy sector.
• Strong industry knowledge of talent trends and hiring challenges specific to energy & infrastructure companies.
Desired skills include end-to-end payroll processing, employee onboarding, exit formalities, background verification coordination, medical insurance administration, HRIS/HRMS expertise, employee record management, leave attendance management, grievance handling, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, Excel skills, and HR policy implementation.
