Job Description:
An HR Business Partner is responsible for enhancing the employee experience, fostering strong connections, and driving HR process excellence within a dynamic organization.
This role will focus on establishing meaningful connections with employees through regular communication, maintaining and improving employee engagement, and serving as the custodian of employee experiences.
The successful candidate will oversee and contribute to key HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee communication, retention strategies, and process adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
