Roles and Responsibilities
• Advising clients for building a robust risk management framework and establishing
corporate governance systems and committee structures
Leading day-to-day client engagement management and delivery, including responsibility
for senior stakeholder management, outlining the strategic approach to complex client risk issues and challenges
Developing new approaches and ways of thinking in providing Enterprise Risk Management advice and hands-on support to clients on Risk, Resilience, Emerging risk and the use of technology in solving risk challenges
Performing risk workshops and risk management training
Developing internal and external networks to understand emerging client issues andneeds
Formulating and articulating a coherent risk appetite and infrastructure, including operating and
financial models
Supporting our thought leadership program, development of new products and services across all elements of our Enterprise Risk
Management offering
Work you’ll do
Minimum 6 years' experience in Enterprise Risk Managenment, Corporate Governance,Sustainability (ESG), Crisis and Resilience
An ERM capability - Certified in Risk management (|S0 31000, COSO, IRM, CRMA)
MBA / Chartered Accountant
Depth of understanding of Organisational/ Sectoral risk Issues.
Exposure to risk analytics would be an added advantage
Intermediate knowledge of GRC Module and Risk Transformation.
Experience of building strong relationships with external and internal clients, either inhouse and/or
agency
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work quickly, intelligently, and accurately.
Qualification
Any Graduate/PG
2-12 years of relevant experience in ERM,ORM,Internal Audit etc.
