Role: Strategy Executive – Operations
Role Overview:
The Strategy Executive will be responsible for supporting business operations, process improvement, and client coordination. This role involves both virtual work (emails, CRM) and on-field client visits within Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas of improvement
Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Conduct basic data analysis and prepare reports
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project execution
Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate data records
Visit client locations for process understanding and implementation
Support in operational strategy and business planning
Requirements:
MBA in Operations or relevant field
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of data analysis
Understanding of SOP creation and implementation
Strong communication skills (English preferred)
Willingness to travel within Mumbai
Candidates must be based in Mumbai or ready to relocate
