About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic strategy manager who is both a strategic thinker and practical problem solver. Someone who has the curiosity to learn about and shape the future of a critical industry that is at the cusp of being transformed. You will work on projects that move the needle for the company, partners, and farmers. An opportunity to work with a talented and fun team that will support you at every stage of your growth.
In this role, you will:
Report to the Head of Strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams to formulate long-term strategic priorities and plans related to organic and inorganic growth, emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, strategic partnerships, and internal business performance improvement
Support the organization to implement strategic initiatives, collect feedback, and iterate on plans
Perform strategic analysis and solve problems creatively, with limited resources
Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations
Influence key stake holder both internally and externally
Support product, marketing, sales, and government relations on strategic projects
Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values in service of making our planet a more sustainable place
Ideal Candidate would have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience at a consulting firm, corporate strategy team, investment bank, PE or VC firm
Strong analytical and financial abilities to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to work with senior executives
Knowledge of High-tech, Automotive, or Agriculture industries are a plus, with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly in new areas
Ability to excel in all areas of strategy development, including project management, business analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communication, consensus building
Experience building financial models on Excel and developing high-quality presentations on PowerPoint
Able to handle uncertainty and the fast pace of a rapidly growing start-up
Highly collaborative – be fun and easy to work with!
