Job Description
We are looking for a high-ownership Strategic Performance Manager to act as the bridge between leadership vision and departmental execution. Your primary mission is to translate high-level goals into quantifiable, numeric deliverables (OKRs) and build the systems required to track them in real-time.
Key Responsibilities
• Defining Quantifiable OKRs: Work with HODs to break down broad objectives into specific, measurable Key Results. You will ensure every goal has a numeric metric (e.g., %, or Count) attached to it.
• Converting Tasks to Deliverables: Transform qualitative project updates into a standardized tracking format. If an HOD says "we are improving marketing," you will define it as "increase lead conversion from 2% to 4% by Q3."
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure that one team’s numeric goals don't conflict with another's.
• Real-time Dashboard Ownership: Build and maintain an automated system or dashboard that provides a live pulse on these metrics. You are responsible for the accuracy and hygiene of this data.
• The "Follow-Through" Engine: Rigorously track deliverables through multiple stakeholders, ensuring every task is driven to 100% completion on or before the deadline.

Qualifications
• Education: MBA or equivalent from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 institute. Exceptional fresher with a background in leadership (e.g., Placement Cell, Student Body) are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Visualization) and familiarity with project management tools.
