Job Description
Ability to manage a diverse set of projects including organizational planning, partnership evaluation, physician strategy, etc
Understand and communicate key elements of a health system’s financial position and performance
Strong facilitation skills both within organizations (e.g., with Board, management, and physician leaders) and across organizations (e.g., partnership discussions among multiple entities)
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop and evaluate business and financial projections
Demonstrable project management experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage 3-5 simultaneous engagements within the practice
Excellent presentation and communication skills at the senior executive and board levels
Solid technical and analytical computer skills, including excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel software skills
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

Education
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree in Healthcare preferred

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations
Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing and typing. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
Work Environment
Travel Required: Moderate – could be 50-75% of the time
The role is ideally based in Chicago (hybrid) but we are open to candidates in other cities
Work is regularly performed in a combination of office, home office, and client settings and routinely uses standard office equipment
It may require the maintenance of a home office and proximity to an airport for work related travel
