FreeCast has been an established and successful company for the last 12 years and is solving the problem of multiple streaming service providers (programming competitors) offering different content and delivery models, by gathering it all into one aggregate platform for consumers. The company's technology platform labeled SmartGuide® collects, consolidates and arranges live linear channels, streaming channels, international/local channels, television programs, movies, regardless if free with ads, pay per view, or subscription based.
FAST Channel Explanation
Free Ad-supported Television (FAST) is free and funded by ads, meaning viewers can watch live and on-demand content without having to pay for a cable package or streaming service. FreeCast is looking for a candidate that is super collaborative, has good communication, can work well under pressure, and take on tasks that come up outside of a job description.
Must have a portfolio/samples for review with your Resume.
Video Editing assignment will be required in-office during the interview process.
This is an On-Site Only position. NOT a remote position. No Exceptions.
We prefer someone who is already local to quickly bring them onboard. This job requires interaction with the internal HQ Team on a daily basis.
What you need to Succeed

Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (2 Years).
Experience with motion graphic templates.
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator proficiency is a plus.
Technically proficient with all video codecs, resolutions, color spaces, and frame rates.
Ability to meet strict programming technical specifications.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Experience with software such as Midjourney, Runway, or ElevenLabs.
Knowledge of shared file storage and file transfer platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot software and equipment.
Work well under pressure and turnaround projects to meet tight deadlines.
Expert oral and written communication skills.
The ability to multitask effectively; Well-organized and a self-starter.
Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge and experience working with SFTP and FTP is HUGE plus!
What are the Key Duties / Responsibilities
Assembling, organizing and syncing raw footage and audio within Premiere Pro projects.
Taking roughly assembled projects and editing them down to final runtimes.
Applying motion graphics templates and transition elements to projects.
Color correcting and grading projects shot in a log profile.
Editing audio to ensure clarity and appropriate levels.
