Our team comprises over 50 professionals collaborating with colleagues from various COWI offices worldwide, including Denmark, the UK, Singapore, Norway, Sweden, North America, and South Korea. Together, we co-create some of the most distinguished and inventive projects with our clients.
In your daily activities, you will:
Utilize your technical expertise to develop innovative designs.
Collaborate with COWI engineers globally on project tasks and other developmental and automation requirements.
Contribute significantly to COWI's Bridge Technical Networks to promote Technical Excellence and best practices across the organization.
Complete assigned project tasks adhering to agreed quality, timelines, and budget.
Maintain precise and comprehensive records of work activities as agreed with the project team.
Ensure adherence to standards established in the project and comply with COWI quality procedures.
Mentor and assist in the professional growth of graduates and technicians.

Additionally, you should possess:
A Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 3-10 years of experience in reinforced and prestressed concrete bridge design.
A solid understanding of engineering design principles and reinforcement detailing practices.
Proficiency in FEM software such as SOFISTIK and a keen interest in automating business processes.
Experience with text-based programming (e.g., VBA, Python) and familiarity with international codes like Eurocode.
Confidence in team development and project management in an international context.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Bentley MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Tekla.
