Role Description
As a Structural Designer and Quality Incharge, you will work full-time in our office in Delhi, India. You'll be responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating structural systems as well as ensuring the quality of our products. You’ll work hand-in-hand with production and design teams to ensure optimized structural designs that meet international quality standards. This is an on-site role
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in structural designing, engineering, and analysis, with knowledge of CAD and other structural design tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, statistical quality control, visual inspection, and measurement techniques
• Experience in construction, building codes, and structural drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work closely with a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Experience in project management is a plus
