Position Overview The Structuring Analyst (e.g. recent Graduates) will develop a good understanding of the Bank's existing product offerings and provide financial modelling and analytical support to the Structuring desk. They will build relationships with the Sales/Coverage, Origination and Trading desks and assist with the preparation of product client pitches and production of internal desk reports, working under the guidance of Structurers. (2) Origination and structuring of lending deals (3) Ensuring achievement of Priority Sector Lending targets of WM India (3) Ensuring asset quality of WM India loan book is maintained at a high level (4) Exercising credit / excess approval authority as per credit authority delegation (5) Ensuring compliance of the lending book with local regulations, local and DB Group credit policies, other relevant internal/group lending & credit guidelines. Work closely with clients and all stakeholders to achieve the lending revenue and CBV targets of WM India without compromising on asset quality. Origination and structuring of lending credit proposals tailored to address specific client needs. Ensure asset quality of WM India loan book is maintained at a high level with the objective of maintaining Nil Non-Performing Assets status. Drive New Product introduction relating to the WM India Lending business. Ensure achievement of Priority Sector Lending targets of WM India. Close tracking of Priority Sector Lending targets, drawing up of action plan to meet these targets and implementation of these action plans. Judiciously exercise credit / excess approval authority as per credit authority delegation with adequate due diligence and follow up. Updating, streamlining and ongoing adherence to Lending related processes and controls. Ensuring local regulatory compliance and adherence to DB group credit norms for the lending book. Liaising with the Regulator, Compliance, Group Audit as needed. Close monitoring of the collateral portfolio, lending covenants and follow up for debt/interest servicing to protect and preserve asset quality. Timely submission of credit reports / renewals with objective of achieving Nil overdue status on renewals.
