Full job description
Assist with face-to-face student enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Manage student enquiries received via designated inboxes, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
Process student requests including certificate collection, reprints, and documentation distribution.
Update and maintain accurate student records and notes on the Learning Management System (LMS) and Sharepoint.
Provide administrative support to academic and student services teams, as required.
Assist with the coordination and logistics of student events, orientation, and graduation activities.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve student issues or escalate as necessary.
Ensure compliance with privacy, data security, and institutional policies in all student interactions.
Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager or delegate.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities
Administration and organisational skills
Ability to independently resolve routine problems and issues
Sense of responsibility and commitment
IT literacy and experience
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience working in administrative or student/academic services function in an education setting is highly regarded.
