The opportunity
Preparing and developing drawings, models, images, and other documents within a BIM focused environment
Producing architectural designs and/or work with other designers to develop designs using relevant architectural software including Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Grasshopper, MicroStation and / or AutoCAD are a bonus)
Project and team administration duties
Actively participating in the team studio culture
Visualization and rendering skills using Enscape, Lumion, 3D Studio max and / or other relevant software
Producing project related correspondence and reports
Working directly with architectural colleagues and other specialists
Co-ordinating work with other teams
Coding and programming skills are bonus

Students actively enrolled within co-operative learning program at their respective University or College will be prioritized
You must submit a Portfolio to be considered for this position
Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role

Toronto Hiring Range – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $21.00 to $33.00 per hour. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
