We're hiring a Telecaller to call Australia clients about study programs. Must speak clear, confident English.
Key Tasks:
• Explain our study programs and other options
• Answer basic questions about courses, fees, and process
• Follow up with interested clients via phone/email
• Keep call records updated in our system
Requirements:
• MUST speak clear, fluent English
• Friendly voice and good phone manners
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous telecalling experience helpful, but freshers with good English considered
