Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Student Coordinator to join our academic operations team. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between students and faculty, ensuring smooth coordination of training programs, addressing student queries, and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction and engagement throughout the course duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for students enrolled in various programs.

• Coordinate class schedules, trainer sessions, webinars, and assessments.

• Monitor student progress and attendance, and maintain accurate academic records.

• Resolve student queries promptly via email, calls, or chat support.

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new students.

• Collect feedback from students and share insights with internal teams to improve program delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers Welcome).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

• A student-centric mindset with empathy and patience.
